Returns & Refunds
Transparency & Hassle Free Shopping
You are eligible for a return and/or refund under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The item delivered is incorrect or not what you ordered.
- The product is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise not consumable.
Time Limit for Refund
We will process full refunds for eligible returns made within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, refunds are not available after 24 hours from the purchase date.
Notes of Returns & Refunds
- Shipping/Delivery Charges: These are non-refundable.
- Refused or Returned Shipments: If an order is refused or returned after three delivery attempts, only the cost of the product will be refunded.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Unsealed Products: Unsealed products are considered sold and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Damages During Transit: While we ensure secure packaging, we are not liable for damages sustained during delivery. Please ensure proper packaging when returning items.
- Return Packaging: The customer must take precautions when returning items. We recommend using secure packaging to protect the items from heat and sunlight exposure.
Refund Processing
- Timeframe: Please allow 7-14 working days for NECA Liquor Store to process your refund.
- Refund Method: The original payment method used for the transaction will be credited with the refund.
- Proof of Condition: Customers are advised to send photos of the items they wish to return, clearly showing their condition. Please email these pictures to support@necaliquor.com for reference.
Exchange Requests
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@necaliquor.com. Exchanges are only eligible if the item is in pristine condition.
Processing Refund Requests
A confirmation email or phone call will be sent to you to let you know if your refund request was approved or denied.
Illegitimate Refund Requests
Refunds will not be granted without valid reasons or if the product is used improperly. All refund requests must comply with NECA Liquor Store’s Terms & Conditions.
Payment of Refunds
Usually within 14 working days, if your refund request is accepted, it will be processed and credited to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund after the specified time, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account statement.
- It could take some time for the refund to be posted, so get in touch with your credit card company.
- Before the refund is posted, there can be a processing delay, so get in touch with your bank.

Pricing, Orders & Payment
Prices may be changed at any moment by NECA Liquor Store. We make every effort to guarantee product availability and pricing correctness, and all prices are expressed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). However, we will let you know and provide a suitable substitute if any product is unavailable or priced erroneously.
