Yes! To qualify for guaranteed same-day delivery, you must order and pay before 6PM.
Orders after 6PM will usually be delivered the next business day.

Yes, you can request a preferred delivery time. Just let us know in advance during checkout or via WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.

No. For security reasons, all orders must be paid online (FPX, eWallets, Credit/Debit Cards, Atome).

We provide one delivery attempt only. If nobody is available to receive the order, re-delivery can be arranged with an additional charge.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay a redelivery fee. Please double-check your address before checkout.
